The best way to get a reply is through the message form below. I read every message and reply to almost all of them, though sometimes it takes a week if I’m travelling.
What I’ll reply to
- Corrections — if a hotel has closed, a price has changed, an attraction’s hours have shifted, please tell me. This site is only useful if it stays accurate.
- Suggestions for articles — there are still a lot of neighbourhoods and topics I haven’t written about yet. If you’ve travelled to one and want to see it covered, say so.
- “I tried this and it was wrong” — if you followed advice here and it didn’t work out, I want to know. This is how guides get better.
- “I’m planning a trip, quick question” — sure. I can’t plan your whole trip, but I’m happy to answer specific questions.
What I probably won’t reply to
- Guest post pitches. I don’t accept them.
- Link-building requests. I also don’t do those.
- Partnership or sponsorship enquiries. Not taking any right now.
- Cold sales emails about SEO tools, affiliate networks, or hosting. These go straight to the bin.
